Store the jewelery separately, preferably use the cloth bag provided by us.
Do not exercise with the jewel (Sweat generates wear).
Avoid wearing them at the pool or beach.
Clean using a soft cloth, thus maintaining its color and shine for longer.

All Ornamental Jewelry is produced in Cali, Colombia, all online orders ship from Pereira, Colombia. We strive to make the shipping process as seamless and quick as possible.
Please note that, until further notice, orders are currently shipped from Pereira, Colombia. Your order will ship 3-5 business days after it is placed. Please feel free to email us with any questions at contacto@ornamentaljoyeria.co. The customs of the countries are autonomous to decide which goods pay taxes and which do not. The recipient must be aware of how the customs of their respective country behaves, if the package is retained by the customs for payment of taxes, these must be paid by the recipient.

Unused items purchased on www.ornamentaljewelry.com are eligible for return or exchange for 14 days after the customer receives the order. Please note that the date is determined by carrier delivery date confirmation. After the 14 day window, requests to return or exchange an item will be evaluated on a case basis. Customers are responsible for the cost of all returns or exchanges.
